Well, it has been a long time in the making, but we have finally arrived! The Universal team has been quietly working to develop a new service that provides the same high-quality results our customers have come to expect from our pest control, termite treatment, and fumigation services. I would like to introduce you to our new lawn & shrub care program!
To give you a little background, in Fall 2019 we purchased a sizable number of accounts from a fellow pest control operator. Among the termite and pest control accounts were a handful of lawn and shrub care accounts. This type of service includes the application of fertilizer, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides to keep lawns and shrubs healthy and weed-free.
In preparation for these new accounts, I obtained my license to perform these services and acquired a lawn truck. It’s taken us over a year to hire and train our team and develop a program that delivers good results consistently, but we think it was worth the wait.
So, here we are! We have a lawn program in search of customers. To be the most efficient and budget-friendly, we’re targeting our areas of growth. (The closer our accounts are to one another, the more we can discount our prices.)
At the moment we’re focusing on the southern part of Volusia County from Port Orange to Edgewater. We also welcome customers in Ormond Beach as you are very near our office. If you have a home in these areas, we are available to help your lawn look its best!
